We empower our community to live in their purpose. As your healing partner, we explore trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation and personized wellness coaching to bring you closer to your true-Self, while enhancing your overall well-being.

Our Services

  • Our Trauma-Informed Yoga Programs are for students who are ready to accelerate their healing in a safe and collaborative environment with others.

    Programs can be offered in 6-8 week increments to Therapeutic Offices, Colleges and Universities, Senior Centers/ Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Juvenile Detention Centers.

    Through a collaborative healing environment, each session explores mindfulness through Trauma-Informed Yoga, meditation, wellness writing, and sound healing. Students receive worksheets and reading materials to guide them through the program. No yoga experience needed!

  • Our Yoga & Wellness Workshops use a holistic approach of movement-based yoga, meditation, sound healing, and wellness writing.

    Workshops are typically 90-minutes long and are designed to follow a specific theme (Boundaries, Self-Care Plans, Chakra Healing). We use a client-centered approach and facilitate groups using motivational interviewing, TTM, and positive psychology.

  • Our Trauma-Informed Yoga classes are designed to meet you where you are in your healing journey. I'll work with you to support your nervous system by reducing stress, symptoms of PTSD, fear, and anxiety.

    Our Trauma-Informed Services have supported Trauma clients with building a sense of presence in the body, building self-esteem, confidence, and vitality.

  • Strengthen your team bond as you enjoy a mental getaway from your daily responsibilities as a Mental Health professional, staff, or faculty with a Self-Care workshop.

  • Dive deeper into your Health & Wellness with personalized one-on-one coaching. As a Trained Health Coach, I'll partner with you to set realistic wellness goals, create sustainable short and long-term lifestyle changes, and break out of unhealthy cycles so you can live a happy and healthier life.

    I will also integrate mindfulness practices to help ground you in the coaching process, set intentions for your new wellness journey, and help to reduce stress.

    Coaching programs are 6-8 weeks.
